How much does real estate photography cost in Charleston, SC?
By Barry Cunningham, Charleston Media Group · Updated
At Charleston Media Group, listing photos cost $275 to $550 depending on home size. Drone, twilight and Zillow 3D tours are $150 each, listing video runs $400 to $600, and full photo-and-video packages start around $800. Budget photographers advertise lower entry prices; the difference usually shows in editing, consistency and turnaround.

Video and packages
Listing videos are $400 to $600 by size; a 30–45 second highlight video is $300. Packages start at $400 (photos plus aerials) and go to $1,000+ for the Top Producer package with video, aerials, twilight and an on-camera introduction.
Are there travel fees?
Not within an hour of Johns Island, which covers most of Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties. Farther out, add $50 for drive time.
How to judge a quote
Compare the number of edited photos, whether sky replacement and drone are included, delivery time and whether the photographer will reshoot if something is wrong. A low entry price that leaves out drone or editing often ends up costing about the same.
