How many photos will I get?
30–45 photos for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, 45–60 up to 4,999, 60–80 up to 5,999 and 80–100 for larger homes. That covers every room buyers ask about plus exteriors and key details.
What is HDR real estate photography?
HDR combines several exposures of the same frame so the bright window and the darker room are both properly exposed. The room looks the way it does in person, with the view outside still visible.
Why do Charleston listings need professional photos?
Buyers choose which homes to tour from the photos. In the Lowcountry much of the value is outside the walls: the marsh view, the porch, the dock, the distance to the beach. A phone flattens all of that.
No travel fee for shoots within an hour of Johns Island. Farther out, we add $50 for drive time. You get a QuickBooks invoice after delivery, payable online by card or bank transfer.
