Social Video Package
Social media needs volume. And volume typically is associated with either low quality or high cost.
Our Social Video Packages try to tackle both those problems by changing the way we work.
Typically with video – we would outline the message – make a story board – go to set to capture the footage – edit – deliver – repeat.
Our social video packages work differently.
To start we will spend a half day at your business capturing a ton of clips; we organize them, and then when you have a need for a video – we can create videos from the clips that we have already captured.
Social Video Package $1000
- 3 hours on site (Capturing 100-200 ten second clips)
- 3 hours editing and organizing clips
- 1 hour editing to create one final 30 second promo video

Social Media Photos
Create a library of images of your products and services so you can easily put together professinal looking social media content.
Photos will include candid working shots, product, store details, logo details, and more.
Simple lighting will be provided but we will mostly rely on natural light.
All photos will be professionally edited.
$325 Standard
Roughly 40-60 photos
Photographer will be onsite for 1 hour
$525 Large
Roughly 80-100 photos
Photographer will be onsite for 2 hour
Final images will be sent at 18p large enough for a 11x17in DPS @300 DPI as well as at 1080px for Instagram and Facebook
Commercial Video
Video is the new game changer for business websites with average visitors staying SEVEN times longer on websites with video than those without.
Standard $425
For businesses up to 4000sq.ft.
Video Lengths vary between 60 to 120 seconds in length.
Large $625
For larger businesses up to 6000sq.ft.
Video Lengths vary between 90 to 150 seconds in length.
Extras $200
For added impact, we recommend including interviews with owners, clients, customers and employees.
Photo/Video by the Hour
Some projects you can’t pigeon hole into one category or another and for those we provide photography by the hour. Just let us know what the scope of your work is and we can provide you with an estimate.

Terms and License
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Because your time is important we promise to be there on time and finished on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not hear from you and our real estate photographer gets there and finds out that we need to cancel – a cancellation fee of $125 will be charged. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.
Out of Town Fees
We do provide our services outside of the Charleston area as well, but we charge extra for travel.

Payment
An invoice will be emailed at the completion of the project and payment is expected upon receipt of final deliverables and before using same for marketing. Payments can be made online with most major credit cards.
Usage License
All Packages include a 99 year non exclusive limited license. You may use the photos for the purposes of marketing your company, your products and services.
All photography and virtual tours remain the sole property of the photographer. Licenses are not transferable in any form.
